While conventional lockers rely on rubber seals that press against moving parts to hold air pressure—seals that wear out over time due to friction—the AP142 eliminates this weak point by using a piston-driven system. When air is applied, the piston pushes locking pins directly into place, instantly securing the gears. With no friction-prone seals to fail, the AP142 delivers a stronger, more reliable lock, offering greater durability and long-term performance in extreme off-road conditions.
