We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you with exchanges or returns.

  1. Exchange
    Most purchased items are eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase.
    To qualify for an exchange:
    • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
    • An official receipt or proof of purchase is required

1.1 Exceptions:
The following cannot be exchanged:

        • Custom and/or personalized items
        • Special-order and/or modified products
        • Special pre-order products

These are final sale items and are non-exchangeable unless defective or incorrect.

 

  1. Returns

    Purchased items may be returned within 14 days, provided the following conditions are met:
    • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
    • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided

2.1 Exceptions:
The following items are non-returnable:

        • Custom and/or personalized items
        • Special-order and/or modified products
        • Special pre-order products

If we have mistakenly sent the wrong item, you may return or exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost.

 

  1. Refunds
    • If the returned item meets the stated conditions, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
    • Refunds for card payments will be processed within up to 7 business days, depending on the bank’s processing time.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have sent the wrong item.

 

  1. Order Cancellation
    • Orders can be canceled before shipment.
    • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

 

  1. Personalized Orders

Customs and/or Personalized items, Products that are specially ordered, customized, or not part of our regular stock (including made-to-order items or modified accessories) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

  1. Non-Returnable and Refundable Items
    The following items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, unless they are defective or incorrect upon delivery:
    • Custom and/or personalized items
    • Special-order and/or modified products
    • Special pre-order products
    • Any item not in its original condition or packaging
