Most purchased items are eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase.
To qualify for an exchange:

Returns
Purchased items may be returned within 14 days, provided the following conditions are met:

- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided

If we have mistakenly sent the wrong item, you may return or exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost.
- Refunds

- If the returned item meets the stated conditions, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Refunds for card payments will be processed within up to 7 business days, depending on the bank’s processing time.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have sent the wrong item.
- Order Cancellation

- Orders can be canceled before shipment.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Personalized Orders
Customs and/or Personalized items, Products that are specially ordered, customized, or not part of our regular stock (including made-to-order items or modified accessories) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
